中國信託商業銀行日前推出LINE官方帳號「智能客服」的服務，在PTT上有網友分享，如果在line打「1」的話，小C就會回答「1什麼1，鉛筆1」等的爆笑回答、引發熱議。

中國信託推出更人性化的智能客服，將民眾最常查詢或詢問的服務內容設為關鍵字，只要在對話上輸入關鍵字，就能得到解答，協助使用者解決簡單的疑問，同時也能節省時間，因此將智能客服取名為「小C」，是一個對工作充滿熱情的女生，希望能吸引更多年輕朋友使用。

經記者實測，在line上與小C對答，詢問到她的年齡時，則回答「小C的年齡是秘密喔~(噓)女生的年齡是不能隨便透露的。」或是輸入「約會」的關鍵字時，則說「小C很想但小C不能，你可以邀心上人約會唷，小C的心與台南團購蛋糕店你同在。」，最有趣的是跟小C說「我愛你」時，竟說「我愛你，你是我的茱麗葉。」小C一連串無厘頭的回答，讓人哭笑不得。

不過，若是遇到小C回答不出來的問題時，就會說「哎呀呀，小C還是無法理解您的問題，您可以換個說法再問問小C，或由小C的學長姐為您服務。」而所謂小C的學長姐，指的就是線上客服人員，讓民眾能更迅速、有效的解決問題。
